Marc Jakubovic graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1989 with a B.A. in English Literature. He pursued an M.A. in English there before deciding to attend law school. Marc graduated from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1994. While at Duquesne, Marc was on the staff of JURIS magazine. He has been practicing law in Alaska since 2002. He joined Winner & Associates in October, 2005.

Marc is a member of the Alaska Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Alaska. Marc's main area of practice is civil law.

Marc’s interests include: sports, fishing, reading, surfing the Net and traveling.
